Job summary

St Ives House Nursing Home, part of Thompson Health Care, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. AM shifts from 0645 to 1445, Monday to Friday, based at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075.

Qualifications

• Endorsed by APHRA is essential.
• Min 2–3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Aged Care experience is beneficial.
• Strong clinical leadership and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives.
• Provide leadership and supervision of Personal Care Workers (PCW).
• Flexible and passionate about aged care.
• Strive for excellence in patient care and teamwork.
