Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY seeks a Registered Nurse for aged care, to provide person-led care, oversee wellbeing, and manage clinical needs of residents in shifts. You will coordinate care plans with families, allied health professionals, and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic, trauma-informed support.

You will administer medications, monitor clinical changes, and lead the on-shift clinical team, with responsibilities for workplace safety and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years’ experience in aged care or a related field.
• First Aid Certificate with resuscitation.
• NDIS worker screening clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-led care, overseeing wellbeing and clinical needs of residents.
• Maintain and update care plans, liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health changes.
• Act as on-shift clinical leader and guardians of safety procedures.
• Coordinate emergency responses and contribute to workplace health and safety.
