Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is a leading not-for-profit provider of home care, retirement living and residential aged care in Australia. The Beechwood location in Bankstown offers a welcoming, resident-focused environment with strong clinical support.

As a Personal Care Worker you’ll deliver quality, safe and timely personal care, assist with daily living, mobility and documentation, and help residents maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Before starting, obtain a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality personal care and support daily living activities.
• Support residents to maintain independence and dignity with choice.
• Assist with mobility and transfers and complete documentation.
• Contribute to a caring community with clinical and allied health support.
• Contribute to consumer-focused care and service delivery for all residents.
