Job summary

Talent Quarter is seeking a Facility Manager for an Aged Care Residential 110-bed facility near Townsville, QLD. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive high standards to be the leading aged care provider in the region.

Key duties include applying sector knowledge to improve clinical indicators and business targets, working independently with limited supervision, and ensuring financial, quality, risk and compliance controls in the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behaviours
• Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
• Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
• Understand the financial, quality, risk and compliance of how a residential home operates.
