BaptistCare is recruiting Occupational Therapists to join our NSW home care teams on a full-time or part-time basis, with opportunities across multiple locations and flexible work-from-home arrangements. You will deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions to aged care clients under funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care to help people remain independent at home.

Qualifications

• Assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Post-graduate experience in aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
• Strong understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage insurance.
