NSW Health in Portland Tabulam is seeking an Assistant in Nursing for a part-time, permanent position in a Multi-Purpose Service. You will support daily living activities, personal care and mobility under Registered Nurses, contributing to safe, patient-centred care in a community setting.

This role offers a relative work pattern with opportunities to develop skills within a supportive team and local community, enhancing compassionate care delivery across aged care and sub-acute services.

Formación

• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or Certificate III in Individual Support, and/or currently enrolled in 2nd/3rd year of a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate, patient-centred care that respects dignity, privacy and cultural diversity.
• Effective verbal and written communication with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily living activities, personal care, mobility and hygiene under the direction of Registered Nurses.
• Monitor patient wellbeing and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support high-quality, safe and compassionate care.
