Job summary

Warrigal Care is seeking a tradesperson with asset maintenance experience to support residents in Stirling. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance while working within established policies.

This role requires strong planning, autonomy and a customer-focused approach to enrich residents’ living environments. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, maintain documentation in MMS/CRM or similar systems, and hold a current NSW/ACT driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent qualification with asset maintenance experience.
• Ability to plan, schedule and complete asset maintenance programs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance within policy and safety guidelines.
• Prioritise and manage asset maintenance programs as part of a team or independently.
• Demonstrate high level customer service for residents and families.
