Job summary

Amana Living is hiring a Kitchen Hand and Cleaner in the Northern Suburbs for a part-time role requiring 26.5 hours per fortnight. Based at Kinross Care Centre Beach House, you will support meal preparation, food service, and cleaning while maintaining hygiene standards and resident interaction.

You will be part of a team, commit to rostered shifts, and complete induction and pre-employment checks. A vaccination and police clearance are part of the requirements, with opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Proven organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Commitment to rostered shifts and rostered availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate food; serve and clear meals per schedules.
• Maintain hygiene in food prep and serving areas.
• Foster respectful interactions with residents, families and staff.
• Record dietary changes and monitor stock needs.
• Attend induction and complete pre-employment checks.
