Qualifications

• Experience in planning, preparation and cooking of fresh meals.
• Experience in table service and clearing duties.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen and bulk food preparation is desirable.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Standards to HACCP level.
• Experience in Aged Care desirable.
• Current First Aid Certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible shifts across days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook meals for residents and guests.
• Provide table service and clear dining areas.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices to HACCP standards.
• Assist with bulk food preparation when needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to support residents’ needs.
