Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep, transport to appointments, and social support in clients' homes and communities.

You will assist with domestic tasks, personal care, meal preparation, transport, shopping and community participation, while building trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic tasks and personal care in clients' homes.
