Opal HealthCare is seeking a versatile General Services Officer to join our hospitality team at Epping Grand Care Community in NSW. The role rotates between food service, housekeeping and laundry, delivering resident-centered care with care and professionalism.

You will work in a supportive team, uphold safety protocols and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, resident-centered service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn across hospitality, cleaning and laundry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Food Service: serve meals with care and respect resident preferences.
• Housekeeping: keep rooms and common areas clean, safe and welcoming.
• Laundry: handle residents' personal laundry with care and privacy.
• Work as part of a supportive team to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation and infection control protocols in all tasks.
