Job summary

Right at Home Central QLD in Rockhampton is seeking friendly, practical Gardening & Home Maintenance Support Workers to join our growing team. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes by maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas and handling light repairs.

Flexible hours and local work across Rockhampton and surrounding areas, a supportive team environment, and meaningful, hands-on work that makes a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• A reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• The right to work in Australia (No visa or sponsorship).
• First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.
• Tackling light home maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with occasional cleaning or household support.
• Providing the odd lift to appointments or social outings.
• Offering a friendly face and a chat along the way.
