Qualifications

• Experience in residential aged care finance and reporting.
• Exposure to Home Care configuration is highly regarded.
• Experience managing month-end and year-end processes.
• Strong financial accounting and management accounting capability.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and client environments.
• Confidently interact with CFOs, executives and finance teams.
• High attention to detail and clear communication.
• Flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFOs and finance teams to strengthen financial performance across aged care providers.
• Support month-end reporting, forecasting and project work across multiple clients.
• Deliver financial analysis, modelling and reporting across varied client environments.
• Adapt across different organisations and systems while maintaining quality.
