Job summary

Redstone Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Facility Manager for a small aged care home in North East Melbourne. The role oversees clinical, operational and financial management, with a focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement within the Aged Care Quality Standards framework.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work with a Clinical Nurse Manager and a roving Quality Advisor.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential).
Significant aged care leadership experience.
Previous Facility Manager experience or Acting Facility Manager roles.
Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing workforce, budgets and operational performance.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
Calm, professional, solutions-focused leadership style.
Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinical, operational and financial management of the small aged care home.
Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager and 24/7 RN coverage within the clinical structure.
Access support from a roving Quality Advisor and report to the Regional Manager.
Operate Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities.
