The Opportunity

An exciting role has opened for a Facility Manager at a well-established aged care residence. You'll take charge of daily operations, champion quality care, and lead a dedicated team committed to improving the wellbeing of every resident. This position is about bringing teams together, maintaining high service standards, ensuring financial sustainability, and guiding the facility through continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team, encouraging professional growth, exceptional care standards, and a supportive workplace culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, from clinical compliance and staffing to resource allocation and resident satisfaction.

About You
