Estia Health on the Sunshine Coast region is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide clinical care to residents and lead care teams in a community-focused aged care setting. You will develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, ensuring documentation meets AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, with solid documentation and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical care to our residents.
• Create comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
