Estia Health, a leading aged care provider in Australia, is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team in Queensland. You will work with the Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and prepare fresh meals for residents, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

You will tailor menus to meet residents' dietary needs and cultural preferences, while maintaining strong communication with the team and documenting meal plans and procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Some experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to tailor meals to dietary, social, spiritual and cultural needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with kitchen management and daily operations.
