Feros Care in Bendigo is seeking an Aged Care Community Support Worker (Qualified) to travel across Bendigo and surrounding areas, delivering person-centred care in clients' homes and completing 2-3 domestic cleans daily.

The role offers casual or permanent part-time hours with up to 40 hours per fortnight, a competitive hourly rate, salary packaging, travel reimbursement and Not-for-Profit benefits, plus support with professional development.

Qualificações

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (with transcripts) and current First Aid Certificate.
• Australian working rights and ability to pass a National Police Check.
• Driver's license and insured vehicle; willing to travel 45-60 minutes across the local community.

Employment Type: Casual or Permanent Part-Time role with up to 40 guaranteed hours per fortnight, plus opportunities for additional hours after probation
Remuneration: $36.66/hour (PPT)/ $45.46/hour (Casual) + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging to help maximise your take-home pay + $1.05/km travel reimbursement
Location: Bendigo & Surrounding Areas | Permanent Part-Time and Echuca & Surrounding Areas | Casual
Availability: Minimum of 3 - 4 weekdays between 7:00am and 7:00pm

How You'll Support Our Clients

• Build meaningful connections with clients through genuine companionship and person-centred care, providing personal care, meal preparation, mobility support and everyday assistance to help maintain their wellbeing, dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Help keep clients' homes clean, safe and comfortable by providing domestic assistance. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, changing bed linen, cleaning kitchens & bathrooms, and general household tidying.
• Enjoy the freedom and variety of a community-based role, using your own vehicle to support clients in their homes across the region.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A valid driver's licence, reliable and insured vehicle, and a willingness to travel up to 45-60 minutes across your local community
• Experience supporting older adults to live independently and confidently in their own homes
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (with transcripts) and current First Aid Certificate
• Australian working rights, and ability to complete a Nationally Coordinated Police Check
• COVID-19 vaccinations (highly desirable)
