Job summary

VMCH is seeking a Club Service Coordinator for Providence Aged Care Residence in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. You will create a warm, person-centred experience for residents, plan and deliver club services, and promote participation in our programs.

Working closely with care and clinical teams, you’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, manage logistics and vendor relationships, and help residents and families access available services to enhance wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer experience or related role.
• Understanding of person-centred care and the needs of older people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, person-centred experience for residents, families and visitors.
• Plan and deliver engaging club services and activities.
• Promote and grow uptake of service offerings.
• Help residents and families access available services.
• Identify opportunities to improve offerings and participation.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of programs, scheduling and logistics.
• Collaborate with care teams to align programs with care plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for quality delivery.
