Job summary

Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution Ltd is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education across NSW and ACT. You will work with Facility Managers and Clinical Leads to develop competencies and professional growth while aligning with regulatory standards.

Based at RFBI sites, the role requires RN registration, an education qualification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with current practising certificate.
• Must hold or be recognised for an education/clinical teaching qualification.
• Experience in aged care and/or adult education is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs for nursing and care staff.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new clinical staff.
• Review and update competency assessments to reflect best practice.
• Support implementation of new clinical policies, procedures and quality initiatives.
• Promote lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.
