Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Consultant to lead clinical documentation excellence, digital innovation and funding integrity across Residential Aged Care and Multipurpose Services. You will drive quality improvement, education, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with aged care standards and AN-ACC funding requirements.

Working with senior clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will optimise LeeCare and PainChek integrations and influence

Qualifications

• Be registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Minimum three years' post-registration experience with supervision/mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of Australian Aged Care Standards, AN-ACC classifications, care minute requirements, governance frameworks.
• Experience with clinical documentation systems such as LeeCare and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills.
