Job summary

Recom Cleaning is seeking two reliable cleaners to join our team in Maryborough, VIC. The role involves cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, with a 4-hour shift each weekday. Applicants should be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience is preferred but not essential; a National Police Check and First Aid Certificate are required or willingness to obtain them. NDIS Worker Screening Check is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

• Clean and sanitise touch points and amenities.
• Restock cleaning supplies as required.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment.
• Complete tasks to a high standard.

Available Positions

Monday to Friday: 4 Hours a day

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and floor areas
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
• Cleaning and sanitising touch points and amenities
• Restocking cleaning supplies as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Completing cleaning tasks to a high standard

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Ability to work the required roster, including weekends
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred but not mandatory)
