Qualifications

• Experience running a kitchen within an aged care facility.
• Ability to lead day-to-day production with kitchen hands.
• Comfortable managing all facets of food services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and hygienically.
• Supervise kitchen staff and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Follow regulations for serving food in aged care facilities.
