The Salvation Army in Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Aged Care Centre Manager to lead Bethesda Aged Care Centre. You will be supported by a Clinical Care Coordinator and a multi-disciplinary team in a modern, garden-surrounded facility.

Responsibilities include operations, compliance, finances and occupancy management, and AN-ACC requirements, with reporting to the Area Manager and collaboration with the Support Services team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Formación

• Unrestricted RN registration with AHPRA.
• Proven financial management experience in residential aged care.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC, occupancy and budgeting.
• Ability to lead and develop staff in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational management of Bethesda Aged Care Centre.
• Ensure compliance, financial management, occupancy and AN-ACC requirements.
• Lead and develop care staff including RNs and lifestyle team.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Support Services team.
