Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is hiring Carers for 6-month fixed-term and casual roles. You will provide compassionate personal and daily care, helping residents live with dignity and purpose, and build meaningful connections in a supportive team.

Role includes documentation via technology, assisting residents with dementia, and maintaining high safety standards. Shift times include 3pm–11pm with two roster options and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or RN background.
• Clear and compassionate communication with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to use technology for documenting care and to learn safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and daily care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with meals, hygiene and daily activities for residents.
• Support residents including those living with dementia and uphold WHS standards.
