Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging / Aging & Disability) or equivalent.
• 6+ months experience in aged care.
• Valid Australian Working Rights (Sponsorship not available).
• Current NDIS Worker Clearance or Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and essential daily routines as per care plans.
• Adhere to safety policies, report incidents, and maintain accurate documentation.
