This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that sit at the center of our organisation. You will support leaders, and systems that directly impact service quality, compliance, and outcomes for the people we support.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience aligned with GCLA values.
Provide administrative support to operational teams and senior staff.
Perform data entry, document management, filing and system updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems.
Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence and documentation.
Support compliance-related administrative functions in line with GCLA policies.
Assist reception during peak periods, including answering and directing phone calls.
Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and organisational information.
Support a positive and professional customer experience.
Identify and report risks, incidents or concerns in line with organisational processes.
Highly organised and reliable team member who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and customer service. You are adaptable, able to manage competing priorities, and willing to step into reception functions as required.
Demonstrated experience in administration and/or customer service.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and internal systems).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
Experience within disability, aged care, or community services.
