Qualifications

• Patience and a calm, friendly approach in a care home environment.
• Diplomacy and proactive communication when interacting with families and residents.
• Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
• Strong organisation and time management; able to prioritise and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Resident placement: handle inquiries and coordinate admissions for prospective residents and families.
• Employee service: assist rostering, recruitment activities, onboarding, and leave management.
• Reception/Admin: manage customer and administrative experiences to high service standards.
