Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will deliver in-home support, personal care, meal prep, transport and shopping assistance, building meaningful connections with clients.

About The Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
