Job summary

Linfox is seeking a Storeperson for its fully automated warehouse in Huntingwood, NSW. You will support day-to-day operations across dock and warehouse floors, operate a forklift, and coordinate inbound movements to ensure accurate and timely processes.

The role focuses on safety, KPI achievement, and staff leadership, with opportunities for career development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing/logistics environments.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
• Understanding of SAP systems.
• Current LF Licence (High Reach preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock activities and support day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise and direct staff to meet KPI targets and performance standards.
• Manage staffing rosters and workloads to meet customer requirements.
• Inspect inbound freight and ensure accurate records in the DC system.
• Liaise with transport providers to ensure efficient inbound processes.
