Job summary

Detmold Group is seeking a Machine Operator for our Brompton, SA site on an afternoon shift (training on day shift for 4-6 weeks). You will operate and set up packaging machinery, maintain run speed and quality, and work closely with the production team to ensure safe, efficient output of paper bags for well-known brands.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Perform machine setup according to product specifications.
• Maintain machine run speed and efficiency to target levels.
• Minimise downtime through good manufacturing practice.
• Collaborate with team to improve performance.
• Record production activities and communicate issues to supervisors.
