Job summary

Vili's is seeking Production Kitchen Assistants to join the afternoon production team. You will assemble and pack sandwiches, wraps, baguettes and salads, follow food safety procedures and help meet daily production targets.

This casual role offers consistent afternoon shifts, regular weekly hours, on-site parking, staff discounts and full training in a supportive family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or similar environments.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, baguettes and salad cups to company specifications.
• Label, date-code and package products ready for distribution.
• Follow HACCP and allergen management procedures.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation and assist with daily production plans.
