MployHR is recruiting for a Packer/Production Worker for an Afternoon shift in Sydney. You will weigh and pack frozen culture products in a temperature-controlled environment for a global producer of specialty ingredients.

This is a long-term role with Monday-Friday 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, paying $38.01 per hour plus Super. Applicants should have food manufacturing or packing experience, strong safety awareness, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, packing, production, or a similar industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Full Australian working rights
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Thorough understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and quality requirements

Responsibilities

• Weighing and packing frozen culture products
• Handling and storing products in temperature-controlled environments
• Placing products into designated freezer storage areas
• Following food safety, quality, and hygiene procedures
• Manual handling and lifting of products up to 15kg
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
