Job summary

HDS | Distribution & Storage in Sydney, NSW, is hiring casual Picker/Packer staff for the Wetherill Park depot. The role features a 4:00pm start on a six-day operation with afternoon shifts and a clear pathway to full-time employment for reliable team members.

You will be packing customer orders in a cold storage environment, perform heavy lifting, and work as part of a close-knit team. Prior warehouse experience is required; dairy or chilled product exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or pick/pack experience required.
• Must be physically fit with ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Reliability and punctuality essential.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets.
• Perform consistent heavy lifting in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Ensure all packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch.
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect stock and maintain a clean and safe work area.
