Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning team and daily operations across Council facilities. You will lead with attention to detail, ensuring spaces meet high cleanliness standards.

This permanent part-time role runs 25 hours weekly (2:30pm–7:30pm, Mon–Fri) with a salary pro rata plus 12% superannuation and generous leave provisions. Campbelltown City Council values respect, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or Certificate III in Frontline Management or equivalent experience.
• Current Class C Driver Licence.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, allocate work and support a team.
• Ability to inspect work, identify deficiencies and organise corrective action.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict time frames.
• Working with Children’s check or willingness to complete.
• Current National Child Safe Training Certificate or willingness to complete.
• Completion of ACECQA Prohibited Notice Declaration or willingness to complete.
• Experience in cleaning supervision and motivation of a team; stock control and ordering highly regarded.
• Commitment to values of respect, integrity, teamwork, trust and optimism.
