Job summary

Code Camp Ltd, Australia’s leading provider of school holiday and after-school tech programs, is hiring facilitators/educators. This role is ideal for university students studying Education, Software Engineering, Video Game Development, or related fields, offering hands-on experience with kids while building confidence in tech and leadership.

The Mount Waverley role runs on Tue/Thu during Term 4 (other days possible for the right person).

Qualifications

• Valid Employee Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Prior experience with or around young kids (5-12 years) is essential.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in science, tech and creativity.
• Mature and able to supervise children.
• Great customer service when speaking to school staff or parents.
• Fluent conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our small-class, kid-friendly lesson plans.
• Work approximately 3pm–5pm once a week over 8 weeks at a local school.
• Provide training and ongoing support from our online tech-support team.
