Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking passionate Educators to join our Oakville team in NSW, Australia. You will support before school, after school, and holiday programs, helping children grow, learn and create memories in a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates have childcare-related qualifications or are studying, hold relevant checks, and are available for early morning and late afternoon shifts. Camp Australia offers onboarding, training, and pathways for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completing or willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card / Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Take part in daily activities and prepare healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community.
