Camp Australia in Ballarat, VIC is seeking Educators to support before school, after school, and holiday programs. You’ll help children grow, learn, and build lasting memories while keeping a safe, engaging environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with children and families; you may pursue a childcare Diploma and you will need a Working with Children Check, National Safety Training, and First Aid certifications. Apply to join our safe, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Completed, studying, or willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Child Protection Early Childhood Learning Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks and build relationships with children, families, and the school community.
