As the After-Hours Nurse Manager, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across the hospital, ensuring safe, effective care and supporting staff through changing priorities and complex situations.

You will bring strong clinical judgement, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and decisive in a dynamic environment.
Experience in operational, acute or critical care is highly desirable.
Join the supportive team at Armidale Rural Referral Hospital, a 99-bed facility providing a diverse range of acute, maternity, paediatric, diagnostic and allied health services.
You’ll be supported by the Director of Nursing and Midwifery and Deputy Director of Nursing, with supernumerary orientation shifts to help you confidently transition into the role.
