Seymour Health in central Seymour is seeking an experienced After-Hours Coordinator (Part-time) to provide clinical and operational leadership outside of normal hours.

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, strong decision-making, and ability to support the clinical team are essential to ensure safe patient care during after-hours. This is a rural health service role with opportunities for development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience as an After Hours Coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
• Ability to lead clinical teams and manage after-hours operations.

What to take charge of the Hospital after hours? We are seeking an After-Hours Coordinator to join us on a Part-time basis.

Your New Role

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care? We are seeking a dedicated After Hours Coordinator to join our team and provide clinical and operational leadership across our hospital and aged care services outside of normal business hours during the off hours of the Director Clinical Services.

This rewarding role is at the heart of our organisation, ensuring safe, effective and responsive patient and resident care while supporting staff, managing clinical issues, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining smooth hospital operations after hours. Working in a small rural health service offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference, build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the health and wellbeing of our local community.
