Job summary

Artisan Aesthetic Clinic, a division within Sonic Healthcare Limited, is seeking a Clinic Development Manager to lead a team of clinicians and Client Experience Consultants, ensuring exceptional service and outcomes for clients seeking aesthetic treatments.

You will drive training, budgeting, rostering, stock management and governance, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a safe, professional clinic environment while leveraging marketing initiatives to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Develop the skills and performance of the team using data insights.
• Implement local marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Lead clinic operations including budgets, rostering, training and stock management.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to SOPs and governance policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client receives an exceptional, personalised experience and fosters ongoing relationships.
• Use business data to identify improvement areas and drive performance across the team.
• Implement local marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
• Oversee clinic operations: budgets, rostering, training and stock control.
