Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia invites applicants to join its Supply Chain Management Graduate Program in Brisbane. This 24-month program offers a permanent full-time role with a strong foundation for a career in aerospace procurement and subcontract management.

You will work in the Subcontracts team under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in source selection, contract drafting, performance monitoring and payments. Australian citizenship and Defence clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Journalism, Law, Marketing or Project Management or anticipated graduation before July 2027.
Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain Defence Security clearance.

Responsibilities

Assist in integrating program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection and contracting.
Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain records of subcontracts and reports.
Identify and mitigate subcontractor risks and ensure safety and project requirements are met.
Support invoicing and payment processes for subcontracts.
Communicate with industry, subcontractors and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
