Insitu Pacific Pty Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to solve challenging technical problems across subsystem architecture, design, verification and production introduction for aerospace UAS programs.

You will design mechanical systems, perform CAD modelling in SolidWorks/AutoCAD/CATIA, run FEA simulations, and contribute to test plans, documentation and compliance with safety and industry standards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (essential).
• 2+ years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (essential).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) (essential).
• Strong understanding of mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics (essential).
• Experience with FEA and simulation tools (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential).

• Assist in designing mechanical systems from concept to production.
