Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting arm of Infosys Limited, is seeking experienced Lead AEM Engineers to join our Sydney team. You will lead architecture, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions across platforms in Frontend, AEM, and EDS streams.

Roles include Frontend Lead Developer, AEM Lead Developer, and EDS Lead Developer, with a focus on building high-performance apps, migrations, integrations, and data services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ARM engineering and leading development teams.
• Strong expertise in one of: Frontend (React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS), AEM (Adobe Experience Manager, Java, Sling, JCR), or EDS (API development, Microservices, Data modeling, Cloud platforms).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Lead Developer: design and develop responsive, high-performance web apps; collaborate with UX/UI and backend; ensure code quality and performance.
• AEM Lead Developer: architect and implement AEM-based solutions; lead migrations/upgrades; enable content management; ensure security and scalability.
• EDS Lead Developer: design data services and APIs; lead integrations; ensure data quality and governance; support BI initiatives.

We are seeking experienced Lead AEM Engineers to join our dynamic team, each specializing in one of the following areas: Frontend Development, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). These roles are critical in driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions across our platforms.

Location: Sydney

Visa: Citizens and PR only.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Lead Developer

• Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

AEM Lead Developer

• Architect and implement AEM-based solutions including components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead the migration and upgrade of AEM platforms.
• Collaborate with content authors and marketing teams to enable efficient content management.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of AEM implementations.

EDS Lead Developer

• Design and develop enterprise-grade data services and APIs.
• Lead integration efforts across multiple systems and platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to support business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:
