Job summary

Boomi is seeking an Enterprise Architect to partner with customers, guiding architecture for Boomi platform solutions across the full customer journey. You’ll influence based on reference architectures, plan future adoption, and articulate platform value to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Experience across ERP/CRM/HRIS and data management, plus familiarity with TOGAF and CI/CD, will help drive strategic outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Enterprise Architect role with a focus on integration, API and AI.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple IT disciplines including data management and analytics, solution architecture and IT operations.
• Knowledge of industry operating models in finance, manufacturing, logistics or telecoms.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, Service Management, WMS and TMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand their use of the Boomi platform and its business impact.
• Review customer implementations against reference architectures to identify optimization opportunities.
• Plan future initiatives to further adopt Boomi platform for business and IT needs.
• Explain Boomi platform architecture, features and value to stakeholders.
• Conduct maturity assessments to improve Boomi solution development and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer strategies with Boomi capabilities.
• Produce architecture artifacts to guide digital technology decisions.
