Evolution Mining invites applications for a Training Advisor based at Cowal Gold Operations in NSW. You will shape training governance, ensure compliance, and support learning platforms while enabling a safe and productive workforce across a major mining operation.

Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you will drive improvements in training records, partner with site leaders, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in training governance, compliance, learning systems or training coordination.
• Exposure to INX/Quartex Intuition, Moodle or similar learning management systems.
• A sound understanding of compliance frameworks and WHS requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, governance, compliance or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Articulate Rise or e-learning systems.

Working a 5:2/4:3 residential roster at our Cowal Gold Operations, you'll enjoy the benefits of regional NSW living while making a genuine impact across site training, learning systems and compliance programs. We understand flexibility matters, and for the right candidate, alternative roster arrangements may be considered.
