Job summary

dnata catering, part of the Emirates Group, seeks an Advisor, People & Culture to support P&C across our Mascot site with a transition to Western Sydney Airport. You will partner with leaders to deliver HR outcomes and ensure compliant, engaging workplaces.

Key focus areas include employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce initiatives in a high-volume environment. A competitive salary and 5 weeks leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People & Culture, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, food production, logistics, aviation or other high-volume operational environment.
• Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
• Experience supporting ER/IR matters, including performance, conduct and investigations.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Support employee lifecycle activities including probation, performance matters, leave and workforce administration.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, including pre-employment checks.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to P&C projects and workforce initiatives.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Advisor, People & Culture to join the dnata catering & retail team. This role is currently based at our Mascot facility, with an anticipated transition to our new Western Sydney International Airport facility in mid-2027.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will provide practical and operational People & Culture support across assigned business units, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver high-quality people outcomes. This role plays a key part in supporting employee relations, recruitment, workforce initiatives, compliance, and day-to-day P&C activities while helping to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
