A professional services firm in Adelaide is seeking a motivated individual to join their Financial Planning team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and high-level personal assistant services to the Head of Financial Services and Financial Planning Directors. About the role:
As part of our sustainable growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Financial Planning team. In this role, you will provide timely and professional administrative support to the Head of Financial Services, working directly with their clients to provide quality support. In addition, the successful candidate will provide high-level personal assistant support to directors.

About you:
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar client service and administrative role within a professional services firm, or related industry. You are diligent with strong time and task management skills and possess highly developed interpersonal skills. Of particular importance is your attention to detail, your ability to manage confidential matters and communicate professionally with clients.
While this role is offered on a full-time basis, we are open to considering a part-time arrangement for the right person.
