Job summary

carsales in Melbourne is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Dealer, Leisure, Industry and OEM/Agency sales teams with administrative support to deliver campaigns. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow within one of Australia’s largest home-grown tech companies.

You will coordinate activity, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and help deliver compelling advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in digital advertising campaigns.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly.

Responsibilities

• Support Advertising Specialists and Client Partners in coordinating sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Develop campaign management solutions including implementation and post-campaign reporting.
• Prepare go-to-market decks, pitches and insights decks for advertisers.
• Support the team in selling and delivering advertising solutions.
