About This Role

Your opportunity

In this role, you will design, implement and evaluate a variety of personalised recreational, diversional, and social activities, working collaboratively with nursing staff to enhance the lives of long-term residents. You will understand the Aged Care Standards and be an important part of the team advocating for resident dignity and choice.

Roma is the largest town in the Maranoa Region and offers an array of city-like conveniences with friendly country hospitality. Servicing a catchment population of almost 14,000, Westhaven is a small residential aged care facility where care is provided in a family like environment within the broader Roma community.
